1. Services

Vibrantaa provides custom web development, design, SaaS development, and related digital services as agreed upon in individual project contracts. All deliverables, timelines, and scope of work are defined within the signed contract between Vibrantaa and the client.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual contracts. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional fees. All payments are tracked through our client dashboard for full transparency.

3. Domain & Hosting

If the client provides an existing domain, they must provide DNS access for configuration. Domain purchase dates and expiry dates are recorded in the system. Clients are responsible for domain renewal unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. All credentials related to hosting, domain, and services are securely handed over through the client dashboard upon project completion.

4. 14-Day Refund Policy

Vibrantaa offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of project delivery. Refund requests must meet the following conditions:

• The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the final deliverable being handed over.
• The client must provide a detailed written description of the specific issue(s) encountered with the delivered work, including steps to reproduce the problem.
• The issue(s) must constitute a genuine technical defect, critical error, or significant deviation from the agreed scope of work as defined in the signed contract.
• Vibrantaa reserves the right to first attempt to resolve the reported issue(s) within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days).
• A refund will only be processed if the reported issue(s) remain unresolved after Vibrantaa's remediation attempt and are confirmed to be a vital, service-breaking error that fundamentally prevents the deliverable from functioning as specified.
• Refunds are not applicable for subjective dissatisfaction, change of mind, aesthetic preferences, feature requests outside the original scope, or issues arising from third-party services beyond Vibrantaa's control.
• Partial refunds may be issued at Vibrantaa's discretion based on the percentage of deliverables successfully completed.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for their project. Vibrantaa retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project. Client credentials, business data, and project details are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized personnel.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vibrantaa's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. Vibrantaa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services.

8. Modifications

Vibrantaa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
